The Will I am completing on this website will be forwarded to me electronically (via e-mail, downloading or .pdf) and I consent to the electronic receipt of the Will along with e-mails related to the Will.
I am of the Age of Majority in my State. In other words, I have reached that age where I am deemed by law to have legal control over my actions and decisions.
I am of sound mind and of sufficient mental competency to complete a Will.
I am aware of my assets and their value. I am also aware of property that I own with other persons, how my death may change the ownership and whether I have life insurance and whether any beneficiaries are named in the policy.
The Will I am completing on this website fully represents my wishes and intentions both as to how all of my assets will be distributed on my death and those persons intended by me to be the beneficiaries of such distribution.
I know who might be expected to inherit something under my Will, such as a spouse or children.
I know that if a spouse or child is being excluded from my Will that person could make a legal claim against the Estate.
I am not relying on AmericaWills.com for legal advice.
The Will I am completing on this website reflects only my wishes and intentions and that I have not been pressured in any way whatsoever by any person to make or not make any specific provision in the Will.
If I am in a same sex marriage or a same sex union, I acknowledge that my Will may not be recognized in my jurisdiction and I agree to obtain legal advice from a practising lawyer.
